Emergency First Aid CPR and AED is a basic one-day course offering an overview of First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.

Learn for your knowledge or complete the requirement for most jobs. It also adds a skill to your resume.

It includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

As a result it exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

Completion

Ability to comprehend and successfully demonstrate all required skills, including critical steps; 100% attendance and participation; 75% min. passing grade on a written, closed book knowledge evaluation and adherence to the Fundamental Principles.

 

Certification

3-year certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR Level A and C

 

Re-certification

CPR A: 4 hours in-class OR 3 hours in-class + 4 hours online learning**
CPR C: 5 hours in-class OR 4 hours in-class + 4 hours online learning**

A 60-minute Opioid Poisoning Awareness Workshop can be added to this course. In this workshop, participants will learn how they can help prevent death and disability by recognizing, accessing help, and providing care for a suspected opioid poisoning.
