Social Justice and Diversity Policy
In keeping with the Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross, Alpha Life Trainers is committed to social justice in the elimination of Society structures and actions that oppress, exclude, limit or discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, financial ability, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age.
It is imperative that all programs and services provided by the Society reflect its commitment to social justice.
The Society will undertake every effort to make its volunteer and employee workforce representative and reflective of the communities in which its services are provided.
